As a parent or caregiver, are you in a QUANDARY as to how to manage storytime? That is a good QUESTION! In the QUEST for a QUALITY experience, we should not QUIVER as we set expectations, even for our patrons who are QUITE young. Though a child might be QUARRELSOME when expected to be QUIET, if you are QUICK to act, you can QUELL undesirable behavior without QUASHING the desire for learning and social interaction!
Don’t QUIT – though a process seemingly fraught with QUAGMIRES of QUICKSAND, leading a child to join the ranks of responsible readers makes you a QUEEN (or perhaps a QUARTERBACK).
